Welcome to Smileland! We look forward to helping your child with oral care for a beautiful, healthy smile. We prepare for each appointment to ensure that we are ready just for you. It’s very important to us that you know our appointment policies so we can best help you:
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled procedure. If you are a new patient, arrive 15 minutes early so that we can complete your paperwork.
- If you are late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule at the dentist’s convenience.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 48 hours’ notice. If you are unable to do so, please call us as soon as possible so that we can care for another patient.
We understand that missed appointments sometimes happen. However, if you fail to make us aware that you will not be here, we may be unable to care for another patient. If you are a “no-show” for two appointments, you will be placed on a walk-in only basis.
